By submitting your artwork to this contest, you agree that if your design is selected, it becomes the property of the Humane Society of Monroe County (HSMC). HSMC may use the artwork on apparel and other merchandise for fundraising purposes. Submission constitutes your acceptance of these terms, and no further financial compensation will be provided. We will proudly feature the chosen artist's name and design on our Facebook page and website. Upon request, we are also happy to provide a letter of recommendation recognizing your contribution.
